My Approach

My approach to working with people is based on the concepts of Relationship, Compassion, and Accountability. In order to guide a person to learn about themselves and make appropriate changes I work to encourage you to trust as far as you can, believe as much as you can, and plan for a time when you will feel you are in control of your experience in life. I encourage you to explore the following questions:

  • What do I want?

  • What am I doing?

  • Is it working?
